The sun will be setting as the Friday, July 17 Sunset Concert Series presents LOVESONG – The Cure Tribute and FIRST WAVE – in the Riverfront Esplanade across from the Brown & Brown building at 355 N. Beach Street in Downtown Daytona Beach. The venue is located on the manicured lawn of the Riverfront Esplanade, capitalizing on a stunning view overlooking the Intracoastal. It offers plenty of free parking, well-maintained bathrooms, and a basic liquor bar.

LOVESONG is more than just a tribute band; it is a gateway to an authentic Cure concert. Led by the enigmatic Rusty Wilmot, whose portrayal of Robert Smith is uncanny, Lovesong replicates the band’s sound and captivating stage presence. Attendees will experience the meticulously crafted soundscapes and a mesmerizing light and video show, transporting them to the heart of a Cure experience.

This group of dedicated musicians pays homage to the iconic bands and artists of those decades (music by Depeche Mode, Duran Duran, David Bowie, The Cars, and more!). It brings this timeless music back to life for all generations to enjoy.
