Daytona Beach’s Bright Lights & Merry Christmas Parade

The City of Daytona Beach is bringing back this annual community tradition, so make sure you don’t miss it! The Bright Lights & Merry Nights Christmas Parade will begin at 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, starting at Bethune Point Park, 11 Bellevue Ave. From the park, the parade will travel north on Beach Street and end at Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune Blvd. The parade route is about 1.4 miles.
Daytona Beach residents will be able to enjoy festive floats, performances by local bands and more. Prizes will be awarded in multiple categories. The city is currently accepting applications for entries and floats for the parade (there is no application fee). If you are interested in submitting a parade entry, please visit the City of Datyona Beach’s website to download the application.
